If you ever want to be inspired or renewed... a quick jaunt to San Francisco) works for me. (Well, of course a run to Barnes & Noble is always less expensive, but this past weekend, San Francisco was in order. We had the pleasure of visiting with our daughter, who moved up that way almost a year ago, to start her very own journey.
So, after being filled with all kinds of inspiration and information from KellyRae's online class-- what do my eyes spy in a little shop in china town... KellyRae's line from Demdaco! How sweet. The icing on the cake! After feeling the sadness of not having the class to look forward to everyday, I thought it fortuitous to happen across her beautiful work. This box called out to me, to store my treasures and remember the experiences shared in Flying Lessons. (And it was made even more special by my daughter surprising me with it.)

Hi Valerie,
ReplyDeleteHow delightful!!! I was just talking with my dear friend today and she was telling me how wonderful and arty San Francisco is..... (it's a very very long way for me to visit... but it's now on my list of dream places to go)
I love how your daughter bought you the perfect gift. Aren't we so lucky to have daughters.
xo Denise
